Chief Minister Oommen Chandy declared Kozhikode ‘Shilpa Nagaram,’ a city of sculptures, on Thursday. The CM unveiled ‘Remembrance,’ a 36-foot-long and 7-foot-tall sculpture made by Advait Gadanaik from Odisha, to make the declaration at a formal function held at Kozhikode beach.
